If I could give a 10 rating I would. I was provided the best care on my automobile from beginning to end. Detail Geex fixed a really really bad ceramic coating from another detailer. They responded to my inquiry on a Sunday evening. Took my car in and 24 hours later is was ready. My car was jaw dropping beautiful!!! They kept me updated on every detail. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them.
Geex’s Detail did an incredible job on my car. After a previous mechanic left black grease stains all over my tan seats, I wasn’t sure it could be fully fixed — but they completely restored it. Is the work actually done indoors?
Yes — all of it. Detail Geex is a fully indoor, climate-controlled facility with epoxy floors, an underground grease separator and interior drainage. Temperature, humidity and dust are the three things that ruin a film install or a coating cure, and none of them are variables here. It also means weather never pushes your appointment.
What is the difference between paint protection film and a ceramic coating?
Paint protection film is a physical layer — a thick, self-healing urethane that absorbs rock chips and scratches before they reach your paint. A ceramic coating is a chemical layer: it bonds to the paint and adds gloss, UV resistance and hydrophobic behavior, but it will not stop a stone. Most owners of a new or high-value car run both — film on the impact zones, coating over everything.
How much does paint protection film cost in Jacksonville?
Geex Essential Protection starts at $995 for the front bumper and headlights. Geex Premium Shield starts at $2,195 for the full front end. Geex Elite is 8-year from $3,299 with a two-stage polish removing 80–90% of defects, wheels-off wheel coating and full interior protection.
Are you an XPEL dealer?
Detail Geex is an XPEL Authorized Dealer and Certified Installer. We use XPEL film and XPEL Fusion Plus ceramic coatings exclusively, which is what makes the manufacturer warranty coverage valid.
Do you offer a wash membership?
Yes. Three tiers — Geex Lite at $79/month, Geex Standard at $119/month and Geex Premium at $149/month — each covering two indoor washes per month. Every tier includes the one below it, is transferable within your household, and logs your service history to Carfax.
Do you work on exotic and luxury vehicles?
Regularly. Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Corvette, Viper, BMW M cars, Escalades, Broncos, superbikes and daily drivers all come through the same indoor bay and get the same process. The facility was purpose-built for enthusiasts and luxury owners.
