Auto Detailing Service Areas — Jacksonville, FL

Seven neighborhoods. One indoor studio.

Detail Geex is on St Johns Bluff Road and everything happens there — film and coatings cannot be applied properly anywhere else. These are the areas cars come from most, and what each one does to a car.

  • One Fixed Location
  • 100% Indoor Work
  • Under 30 Minutes
  • 19 Services In-House

Where cars come from

Pick the one you park in.

Each page covers what that area specifically does to a car — salt, sap, sun, parking lots, brackish water — and which services answer it.

~20 min from the studio

Jacksonville Beach

Three blocks from the Atlantic, salt is doing something to your paint continuously. Salt, sun and blown sand, and what each one actually does.

~20 min from the studio

Neptune Beach

One square mile of older houses and street parking. What happens to a car with nowhere to spend the night.

~20 min from the studio

Atlantic Beach

The only part of the Beaches with a real oak canopy. Shade is not free — sap, pollen and what parks underneath it.

~30 min from the studio

Ponte Vedra Beach

Garaged, low mileage and barely driven. Why a car that sits still still ages, and what order to do things in.

<10 min from the studio

Intracoastal West

Our own neighborhood. The JTB commute, love bug season and construction dust off the new builds.

~10 min from the studio

Queen’s Harbour

A marina and a lock inside the gate. Brackish water, boat trailers and irrigation spotting from the course.

~15 min from the studio

Southside & Tinseltown

Where Jacksonville parks. Door dings, eight hours a day of UV and bonded lot film that washing will not shift.

~20 min from the studio

San Marco

Brick streets, old oaks and parallel parking round the Square. Sap, curbs and door edges, in a neighborhood laid out in the twenties.

~25 min from the studio

Riverside & Avondale

A historic district where almost nobody has a garage. The oldest canopy in the city, and a car underneath it every night.

~25 min from the studio

Mandarin

River humidity and heavy shade. Paint that stays wet until mid-morning, and what that gives tannin and pollen time to do.

~30 min from the studio

Julington Creek & St Johns

A commuter district on CR-210 and I-95. Stone chips, love bug season and a front end taking all of it.

~25 min from the studio

Nocatee

Still being built around you. Construction dust, irrigation overspray and cars that sit in the garage all week.

~35 min from the studio

Fleming Island

Boats, ramps and brackish water off Doctors Lake — plus the Buckman run. Damage at both ends of the vehicle.

~40 min from the studio

St. Augustine

Coquina dust, inlet salt and streets laid out for horses. The jobs worth a forty minute drive, and the ones that are not.

Why there is no mobile van

A driveway cannot be made into a clean room.

It is the most common question we get from every one of these areas, so it is worth answering once, properly.

Film needs a sealed room

A single piece of airborne grit trapped under paint protection film is permanent. That risk cannot be managed outdoors.

Coatings need controlled curing

Temperature and humidity decide whether a ceramic coating cures correctly. A driveway offers neither.

Correction needs proper lighting

You cannot see what you are removing from paint under the sun. Controlled inspection lighting is how defects get found.

Nothing waits outside

Cars go straight into the bay on arrival and stay there. Nothing dries in the sun or sits collecting dust between stages.
